It was indeed a peaceful experience at the triveni confluence of Godavari River (known as Ganga of Southern India). The ambiance is soothing. One can spend sometime here for serenity. Bathing is also permitted at certain restricted places. There are Temples/Mandirs surrounding the area of various Indian Gods and Goddesses, where one may pay tribute. Small shops selling bronze items were fascinating. Food shops having tea/coffee and snack were available too. It is less crowded in the morning.

This place is awesome. Absolute joy to be here. Nearby place where Shriram stayed for 2.5 year. Khar Dushan war happened here. Shurpanakha nose was cut thrown beyond river which became Nasik city.

Beautiful place. Didn't got opportunity to see ramkund due to rainy season.

Most popular ganga ghat (river bank).actually this is godavari river but people call her maharashtra's Ganga.there are lots off of ancient temple are present here in very good condition. During monsoons season there are very flood at this place. All temple are sinking inside the flood. All ritual Pooja has done here. You should be visited this place once in a life
